Mr. Pascal Lovera is the production manager of Cricket Lao Farm.
He has been living in Laos for the past 20 years. Pascal is a multi-skilled person with a strong professional entrepreneurship background, passionate by new challenges, and a driven business expert, maximizing people’s ability to create or develop their own business in the Lao socio-economic context. A few years ago, he became interested in insects breeding. After setting-up a pilot cricket breeding farm to explore the cricket breeding production process and the market state, he demonstrated that the cricket production is feasible and profitable, can support vulnerable people in Laos and can have a socio-economic impact.
